Who are the bigger screw-ups; Potheads or Government?
Both stereotypes revive their roles in this fantastic article on the Dutch Government's Medical Marijuana program.
The pothead scientist at the head of the program literally smokes Morning, Noon and Night, mixes up cliche's and facts.
The Government somehow charges double for something that is almost legal already.
Is there a role reversal going on? Are the stoners better businessmen? Is the Goverment getting High Off Its Own Supply?
This would be funnier if you couldn't see it coming from a mile away.
